What's your payment policy?
Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice
require payment in full by cash or credit/debit card at the time of ordering. Orders taken with two weeks of the event date may incur a rush order fee of 18%. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due at least two weeks prior to your event. Your order is not confirmed until we have received your 50% non-refundable deposit.Deposits
are non-refundable.
Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card (Visa, AmEx, or Mastercard, and Discover).
If you cancel your order, your balance payment is refundable provided Imagicakes Cake Designers Bakery is notified at least five (5) business days prior to the event. There is no payment refund on orders canceled within five (5) business days of the event.
Design/Tasting appointments can be scheduled. There is a non-refundable $45.00 deposit required for scheduling all appointments, payable by credit card. The $45.00 deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your cake.
Event dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and five (5) business days afterwards. If we do not receive a 50% deposit within five (5) business days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
